Dear Honorable Mr. Timur Urazyaev,
Ambassador of Kazakhstan in Armenia.
On behalf of the “China-Eurasia” Council for Political and Strategic Research, Foundation and on my own behalf, I extend congratulations to you on the occasion of Kazakhstan’s national holiday, Independence Day. I wish your country and its people many memorable moments of the celebration as well as long years of prosperity and well-being.
Relations between Armenia and Kazakhstan have grown much stronger as our people for a long period of time lived in the USSR, they struggled together against fascism and with the other members of International society created victory. Now Armenia and Kazakhstan with other partners are building Eurasian Economic Union. I am delighted to mention that the citizens of our two countries continue to strengthen friendly relations between Armenia and Kazakhstan.
I am confident that the intense dialogue between Armenia and Kazakhstan within the Collective Security Treaty Organization will continue to focus on maintaining peace and stability in the world.
I firmly believe that increasing bilateral cooperation as well as in the strengthening cooperation in the field of development transport infrastructures within EAEU and beyond, will contribute in a significant way to advancing our national well-being and bringing our countries even closer together. In this aspect I want to mention the importance of the harmonization of Armenian North-South transport corridor and Kazakhstani Bright path (Нурлы жол) in the future.
May I again congratulate you on national day. Please accept, Mr. Ambassador, the assurances of my highest consideration.
Dr. Mher Sahakyan
Director, “China-Eurasia” Council for Political and Strategic Research, Foundation, Yerevan, Armenia.
