CCTV/亚美尼亚中国-欧亚战略研究中心主任姆格尔·萨哈基扬表示，在全球疫情危机与经济形势剧变的背景下，民间外交的作用不言而喻。上合组织为共同探讨和解决国际问题提供了平台与机会，有助于作为对话伙伴国的亚美尼亚与上合组织成员国增进了解、加强合作。他指出，亚美尼亚将在“一带一路”框架下，进一步加强与中国的合作。
