On November, 2016, Dr. Mher Sahakyan has been appointed Director of “China-Eurasia” Council for Political and Strategic Research. His research focuses on China’s policy on Iranian and DPRK Nuclear issues in the UNSC. He completed his PhD at Nanjing University in China, where he was the first Armenian to earn a doctorate from its School of International Studies.
