On April 11, 2024, Dr. Mher Sahakyan, the director of the China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic Research, gave a public lecture on China’s Digital Silk Road geostrategy, analyzing opportunities and challenges for Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union. The David C. Lam Institute for East-West Studies co-hosted this seminar. It was a part of the LEWI visiting fellowship program at Hong Kong Baptist University. More than 40 participants, among them professors and students were attending in person or online regime.
