On November 2016, Dr. Mher Sahakyan founded “China-Eurasia” Council for Political and Strategic Research. His research focuses on China’s policy on Iranian and DPRK Nuclear issues in the UNSC.
He completed his PhD at Nanjing University in China, where he was the first Armenian to earn a doctorate from its School of International Studies.
As an invited Speaker, he introduced his researches during the academic conferences and seminars at the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, Shanghai University, Moscow State University, Nanjing University, Nevshehir University, King’s College London, PIR Center, Delegation of the EU to China and Academic Council on the United Nations System (Vienna).
On August 2018, he has published the new book on China’s One Belt, One Road Initiative and Armenia.
