Meet Dr. Jin Xi (金茜). She has actively contributed to the V Eurasian Research Conference on Modern China and Eurasia conference. She is an Associate Professor at the School of International Studies, Renmin University of China (RUC), and a Global Partner of the Eurasian Continent Research Association (ECRA).

She received her PhD in Political Science from Leiden University in 2014, after graduating cum laude with an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy from the same university.

Dr. Jin is also a research fellow at the RUC Eurasian Research Institute and is closely associated with the university’s Centre for European Studies and Centre for Latin American Studies. She has published extensively on various issues in international affairs in both English and Chinese.

Her research interests include international relations theory, EU integration and regionalism, and aesthetic approaches to international relations studies. She is the author of Twenty Years towards Coherence: European Union External Representation at the United Nations (CASS Press, 2020).
