As a selected participant of AGLA, you may expect:

A series of intense, challenging rotational assignments in the core businesses of Alibaba’s ecosystem (e-commerce, finance, logistics, cloud, etc.) in Hangzhou, China – Alibaba’s global headquarter

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Solid knowledge gained through working experiences in one of the following regions: United States, EMEA, India and Southeast Asia
A minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a top university with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in one of the following areas: Business Development, Product Development, Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, Cross-border trade, Investment, Logistics, HR, Finance, PR, Legal, Government Relationship
Willingness to live and work in Hangzhou, China for at least 12 months
Relocation flexibility upon graduation from AGLA program
Ability to speak and write English fluently as a working language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to dive deep into data and provide break-through business solutions
Demonstrated ability to influence across all levels of an organization
Bias for action and passion for rolling up sleeves and doing what it takes to “get it done”
Open-minded and a strong entrepreneurial spirit

In terms of recruiting process, we would have 3 rounds of interviews. The first 2 rounds will be Skype/ Phone interview, and the final round interview will be onsite interview at Hangzhou, China. Our expected onboarding time would be May, 2017 and Oct., 2017.
