Dr. Mher Sahakyan, Director of the Armenian China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic Research, delivered a guest lecture on China’s Belt and Road Initiative and its impact on the South Caucasus amidst geopolitical changes to the students of the David C. Lam Institute for East-West Studies at Hong Kong Baptist University. This lecture was part of the LEWI visiting fellowship program, which Dr. Sahakyan will implement for a month.
