Armenian China-Eurasia Council and Kazakh “East-West” Centre Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Strengthen Strategic Cooperation
Astana, Kazakhstan – September 24, 2025 – The Armenian China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic Research and the International Centre of Geopolitical Forecasting “East-West” have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a new stage of cooperation between the two institutions.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Mher Sahakyan, Founding Director of the China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic Research, and Prof. Dr. Karlygash Nugmanova, President of the International Centre of Geopolitical Forecasting “East-West.”
This strategic partnership sets out the following objectives:
- Exchange of academic information and publications
- Organization of expert meetings and consultations
- Joint conferences, seminars, courses, and events
- Collaborative research projects and preparation of joint publications
- Facilitation of staff and student exchanges
This collaboration underscores the shared commitment of both institutions to strengthening academic, cultural, and strategic dialogue across Eurasia.
