Mher Sahakyan Speaks on “Comparative Analyses of Iran’s and the DPRK’s Nuclear Issues in the UNSC” at the Institute of Asian and African Studies, Lomonosov Moscow State University
Moscow, Russian Federation—On April 19-20, 2018, the international conference in the field of Korean studies was held at the Institute of Asian and African Studies of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Selected scholars from different countries were invited to introduce their research օn this academic event. Mher Sahakyan (PhD in International Relations, Director, China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic Research, Foundation, Armenia, Research Fellow at the National Defense Research University, MOD, Armenia) was among them. He presented his research on “Comparative Analyses of Iran’s and the DPRK’s Nuclear Issues in the UNSC”.
The presentation was followed by a discussion on both the topic of research and the methods used by the speaker.
The other invited speakers came from the University of Cambridge, SOAS, University of London (UK), Lomonosov Moscow State University, Higher School of Economics, Saint Petersburg University, Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Institute of Far Eastern Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Economics, Russian Academy of Sciences (Russia), Academy of Korean Studies (South Korean) and Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations (Kazakhstan) and others.
The Section of the Conference on “History and Political Science” was chaired by Professor Konstandin Asmolov, (PhD in History, Institute of Far Eastern Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Asian and African Studies, Lomonosov Moscow State University).
