On October 20, 2022, the Graduate School of the University of Hong Kong, invited Dr. Mher Sahakyan, director of China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic Research foundation and AsiaGlobal fellow of Asia Global Institute to have a lecture for PhD students.

Mher Sahakyan talked about the importance of capitalization of academic knowledge, creation of specific networks and building connections through organizing conferences and seminars.

He also spoke about founding and initiating organisations, which can implement academic diplomacy.
