Mher Sahakyan had a speech during 5th International conference on international system, regional developments, and IR Iran’s foreign policy

Tehran, IRI—5th International conference on international system, regional developments, and IR Iran’s foreign. The event, which took place on February 17 and 18, was organized by the Allameh Tabataba’i University.

Attendees included  scholars from Finland, Armenia, Italy, Iran, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Uzbekistan and other countries.

Dr. Mher Sahakyan, the head of the “China-Eurasia” Council for Political and Strategic Research Foundation, Armenia, was among invited speakers. .

 

On February 17, Dr. Sahakyan presented his research on some aspects of changing world order, China’s and Russia’s role in creating multi polar world order. Mher Sahakyan also spoke about the role of Belt and Road Initiative and EAEU in this developments.

The presentation was followed by a discussion on both the topic of research and the methods used by Dr. Sahakyan.

Mher D Sahakyan is founder and director of the China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic Research, which is based in Yerevan, Armenia. Dr. Sahakyan holds a doctorate in international relations from China’s Nanjing University. Mher is the author of the book China’s Belt and Road Initiative and Armenia, which was published in Armenian and Russian. He is a member of the British Association for Chinese Studies. He is a lecturer at Russian-Armenian University and a visiting lecturer at the International Scientific Educational Center (ISEC) of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia.
