Dr. Mher Sahakyan, founding head of the China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic research was invited to participate in training courses for heads and managers of NGO working in the area of international relations. This course was organized by Gorchakov Fund. He represented there the work and activities organized by China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic Research.
