New Delhi, India —On January 30-31, 2023, The Forum for Awareness of National Security and Jawaharlal Nehru University jointly organised a 3rd HHRS Annual Conference on India and Central Asia. The conference’s main objective was to analyse the significant political, economic, historical and strategic relations between India and Central Asia. 

Selected scholars from different universities and institutions were invited to participate and introduce their research. 

Dr Mher Sahakyan, the head of the China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic Research, was among the speakers.

On January 31, 2023, he presented his research on Comparative Analyses of the International North-South Transport Corridor and China’s Belt and Road Initiative in Central Asia and South Caucasus. The presentation was followed by a discussion on the research topic and the methods used by Mher Sahakyan.
