Distinguished members and friends of the Eurasian Continent Research Association discussed Eurasian Geopolitics and International Relations during the Eurasian Continent Research Association’s panel at the CESRAN 2026 conference in Budapest. Professor Süha Atatüre, the of the Head of Department of Political Science and International Relations, Advisor and vice Rector of İstanbul Gedik University, and Advisory board member of the China-Eurasia Council for Political and Strategic Research (CECPSR) introduced his research on IR Concepts and Global Order, Associate Professor Dr. Matthieu Grandpierron, Head of the Department of Political Science Catholic University of the Vendée, France and Advisory Board member of the CECPSR, offered to rethink Eurasian Stability beyond Western Alliance Theory. In turn, Dr. Chuchu Zhang, Associate Professor at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University analysed the China-Gulf renewable energy partnership. Dr. Houman Sadri, Professor at the University of Central Florida, Director of the Information and Policy Analysis Center, and Advisory Board member of the CECPSR, focused on Kazakhstan’s capabilities to become Middle power and regional leader. Dr. Mher Sahakyan, Director and Senior Researcher at the CECPSR introduced findings about the United States Geostrategy in Central Asia in the context of a Multipolar World Order 2.0 from his forthcoming book. The panel was chaired by Dr. Tamas Dudlak, Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pécs, Hungary, co-organizer of the CESRAN 2026 conference in Budapest, and Advisory Board member of the CECPSR. Dr. Maximilian Ohle, visiting lecturer at the ICES Catholic University of the Vendée, France and Advisory Board member of the CECPSR served as a discussant giving feedback and important suggestions to speakers.
